Results

At Dermathetics – Medical Aesthetics Skin+ Clinic in Farringdon, London, we strive for excellence, but we cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes as individual results vary. Images shown during consultations or online are examples of patient outcomes and are not a promise of identical results. We maintain a no-refund policy on all treatments performed.

Treatment Contraindications

Your medical history will be reviewed during your consultation, and any contraindications to treatment will be discussed. Only our rehydrating, skin-brightening facial (LED) is suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. All other treatments are not recommended during this period.

Treatment Courses

All treatment courses must be paid in full before starting and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused treatments expire after this period and are automatically forfeited. Cancelling or missing an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time results in forfeiture of that treatment if part of a package.

Package Refunds

Refunds for treatment courses are only available for medical reasons. If approved, the refund is calculated by deducting the full list price of completed treatments and any non-attendance fees, with the remaining balance returned to the client.

Bookings and Deposits

Cancellation Policy: Dermathetics enforces a strict 48-hour cancellation policy:

• A deposit is required to secure practitioner and doctor appointments.
• Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the appointment. Refunds are processed, or deposits remain on your account for future use.
• Deposits unused within 12 months of booking expire without notice.
• Failure to attend, cancel, or reschedule within 48 hours forfeits the deposit or the treatment if part of a package, regardless of circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies).
• To cancel or reschedule, contact us via phone at (+44) 07862 202752 or 020 7362 0839 (leave a voicemail if unanswered) or email [email protected]. Notification within 48 hours must be via these channels to qualify for a refund.
• For safety, children are not permitted at appointments. Bringing a child will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit or treatment.

Clinic Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen medical/technical issues, staff availability, severe weather, or other emergencies.

Special Treatments:

• Certain services (e.g., dermatology consultations, mole checks, filler corrections, pelvic floor treatments, thread lifts, fat-dissolving injections, or advanced skin tightening) require non-refundable deposits unless cancelled within specific timeframes (e.g., 48 hours or 5 days for select procedures). Treatment Suitability

Dermathetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if our medical practitioners deem a client unsuitable, either at consultation or during the treatment journey. If treatment is declined, fees for undelivered services (including deposits) will be fully refunded, though consultation fees remain non-refundable. Additional costs (e.g., travel) are not compensated.
